2 1/2 cups Banana Bread Blend 1 cup Ripe Mashed Bananas (approx. 2) 1/4 cup Water 1/3 cup Liquid Whole Egg 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Grease an 9 x 5 loaf pan. In a bowl, whisk or mix with mixer, bananas, water, egg, oil and vanilla. Once well blended, add banana bread blend and mix until incorporated. Pour batter in pan and bake for approximately 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from oven, cool for 5 minutes in pan, then turn out onto a baking rack to cool completely.
Keeps well for several days if wrapped and stored refrigerated in an air tight container.
